Plane Rental - Bookings

Minimum Requirements

You need to meet each of the following minimum requirements for plane rental:

On a case-by-case basis and subject to conditions, we may consider plane rental to licensed pilots who do not meet one or more of the above minimum requirements (except the statutory requirement for a valid flight review and the insurance requirement for 100 hours total flight time in the aeroplane category).

Plane Rental - Required Documents

You must provide us copies of your Pilot Licence, Medical Certificate, Flight Review, ASIC, Pilot Logbook (last 3 pages), Driver Licence and Aviation Incident Reporting Summary (AIRS) associated with your Aviation Reference Number.

Aircraft Hire Agreement

You must read and agree in writing to the terms of the Aircraft Hire Agreement.

Plane Rental - Check Flight

You must successfully complete a check flight with us or a flight instructor we nominate. The flight is usually to a nearby aerodrome for circuits and return.

We use the Flight Circle website as our reservations system for plane rental.
