The next steps to rent the aeroplane
To begin the aeroplane rental process, please complete the online form below and upload copies of the required documents. You must provide a screenshot of your CASA digital licence showing the QR code for verification, together with evidence of your medical certificate showing the class of medical and its expiry date. If you need help obtaining your digital licence, please visit CASA’s digital licences and certificates webpage by clicking here.
You must also upload the last full page of your pilot logbook showing your certified correct total flight time, and a copy of your photo identification, such as an ASIC, driver licence, passport or other official ID.
We prefer the CASA digital licence over the original paper licence because the QR code allows us, with your consent, to confirm your licence details directly with CASA in real time. This includes your licence, category and class ratings, endorsements, and flight review expiry dates where recorded in CASA’s digital licence system. It also helps us monitor relevant expiry dates without requiring further document uploads after each flight review.
Once we receive your submission, we will review your documents and contact you if we require anything further or confirm that a check flight can go ahead.
